metal coating machine's main technical performance 1.Coating and pressure rollers are driven separately by individual motors. 2.Mount and dismount of rubber roller:clamped by end gear clutch+screw, operated by pneumatic cylinder 3.Phase adjustment:in operation the rubber roller can be adjusted circumferentially in the range of +/-11mm. 4.Pressure between rollers:synchronized by hand wheel or adjusted the perssure at the operation side and drive side. 5.Side guide system:tith multiple roller wheels of small diameter. The buffer interface: installed with 2 buffer roller wheels (aie cylinder). 6.Pusher: with single locating pusher, adjusted by magnetic coupling at operation side. 7.Front guide: 3 front guides on registering cylinder. 8.The clutch systems are all operated by air cylinder. 9.Double blade system matched with damping device to insure no residue on pressure cylinder. The dismount and of blade is done at the operation side. 10.The pressure of blade is adjusted by controlling the pressure of air cylinder. 11.Tension clutch is used to select full or partial coverage of printing. 12.The amplitude of pusher and side guide are automatically adjusted by servomotor. 13.The synchronization of feeders is adjusted by electric mechanism while in operation. 14.The adjusted of the side and rear guide stop of feeder are driven by motors. 15.4 cleaning rollers are provided. 16.Sheet feeding system is motor-driven. 17.Four directions of the sheet stack are all calibrated automatically.
